Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends two hours before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 36 x 23 x 56 cm, and weighing up to 7 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 20 kg, size up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Children over the age of 12 can travel alone. The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Premature babies (born before 31 weeks of age) will need permission to travel. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult.
