Mango (JE) seat maps

Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure. Self-check-in desks open 12 hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure. Guests can also check in online or use our mobile app 24 hours before departure and two hours before the scheduled departure time.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 56 cm x 36 m x 23 cm, and weighing up to 7 kg. Maximum weight of checked baggage is 20 kg, size up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

The unaccompanied minor service is mandatory for a child aged 5-11 traveling without an adult. Children ages 12-17 are not required to travel as unaccompanied minors, but the service is also optional for this age group.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. An infant may sit on an adult's lap on board. Two adults must accompany twin infants. No more than two infants may be on a row of seats, i.e. six on each row of seats. Only one infant per guest is allowed.

Pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin with Mango. Mango allows animals to travel as checked baggage if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 32 kg. Each passenger is permitted to travel with two pets in separate carriers in the hold. For pets traveling as checked baggage, carriers must be leak-proof and made of metal, polyethylene, or fiberglass.
