For AirAsia India flights, you can web check-in from 14 days to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Guests are allowed the following items free of charge: two pieces of carry-on baggage weighing no more than seven kilograms. In addition, passengers traveling with an infant are allowed an additional free carry-on baggage allowance of seven kilograms.

Children over the age of 12 can travel alone. The airline provides an escort service for minors. The service is not compulsory and is provided at the request of parents/guardians.

An infant is a child of two years of age. A child may fly without a separate airplane seat or on a stroller with an accompanying adult. However, a child of two years of age or older must occupy an individual seat during the journey. Airlines do not allow pets. The exception is for flights operated by AirAsia India (i5 flights) and AirAsia Japan (DJ flights), on which pets are allowed.
