Japan Air Commuter (JC) fleet and travel rules

Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends two hours before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Japan Air Commuter Check-in rules

Japan Air Commuter allows one carry-on bag and one personal item, with a combined weight of up to 10 kg (22 lb). Carry-on baggage must not exceed 45 × 35 × 20 cm (17.7 × 13.8 × 7.9 in) or 100 cm in total dimensions. Due to limited cabin space on smaller aircraft, even baggage within these limits may need to be checked in.

Japan Air Commuter Baggage rules

Unaccompanied minor service is mandatory for a child age 5-11 traveling without an adult. Children ages 12-17 years are not required to travel as unaccompanied minors, but the service is optional for this age group as well.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants travel on the lap of an accompanying adult over 16 years old. One adult may travel with one infant.

Japan Air Commuter Infants policy

Japan Air Commuter does not allow pets to travel in the cabin. Only one pet per passenger is allowed on board. Make sure that your pets are old enough to withstand the conditions of travel.
