Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Registration desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

One piece of carry-on baggage is allowed in the cabin; it must be of such size, weight, and shape that it can fit under the passenger seat or in an enclosed baggage compartment. Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant and the other may be held on the lap.

Transportation of pets is allowed only in economy class (Y/C) cabins under the following conditions: weight of pet and cage (or bag) must not exceed 7 kg. Flight not longer than 5 hours.
