Complete the mandatory web check-in free of charge 48 hours and 60 minutes before your flight. Check-in desks close 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Boarding gates close 25 minutes before departure at all airports.

The airline allows passengers to take no more than 15 kg of luggage, including hand luggage. Any additional baggage is charged at the current excess baggage rate and is carried only if seats are available.

Young children between the ages of 5 and 14 must travel as unaccompanied minors unless they are traveling with a person at least 15 years of age. Children 15 years or older may request and pay for an unaccompanied minor. Unaccompanied minors are only accepted on direct flights that do not require a change of aircraft or flight number.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants under the age of two can sit in your lap on a flight and occasionally with a special lap belt that you attach to your seatbelt. You may have to pay a fee, primarily on international airlines, which may produce a special boarding pass.

The airline does not allow pets.
