Registration can be done online (through the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 30 minutes before departure within Canada, one hour before departure between Canada and the United States, and one hour before departure between Canada and other international destinations. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

The airline allows one carry-on bag weighing up to 10 kg plus one personal item, such as a purse or laptop, also weighing up to 10 kg. For economy class passengers traveling within Canada, one piece of luggage weighing no more than 23 kg is free.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. One adult may travel with two infants. In this case you need to buy one seat for one infant and the other can be on the lap of the adult.

Cats and small dogs weighing no more than 10 kg are the only animals allowed in the cabin, provided that they fit under the seat in front of the passenger. Other animals may be carried as cargo.
