You may check-in for your Jeju Air flight with the following options: online check-in (Web check-in), mobile check-in, ticket counter check-in at the airport, self-service kiosk check-in at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Hand luggage may not exceed the following Jeju Air size and weight limits: 115 centimeters (55 x 40 x 20 cm), including handles and wheels; maximum 10 kg. The maximum checked baggage size on domestic and international flights is 203 selves (sum of all measurements). Maximum weight of checked-in baggage: on domestic flights - 15 kg, on international flights - 20 kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Depending on the flight itinerary, the age of an unaccompanied minor varies. However, no child under the age of 5 is allowed to travel alone. Therefore, the Jeju Air company does not provide an unaccompanied minor service.

Infants

Children under two years of age (24 months) do not need a separate seat. However, you must inform Jeju Air that you are traveling with an infant on your lap. If one passenger is traveling with two infants, one seat must be occupied. This seat will be charged at the full infant fare. A passenger may purchase a seat for their infant for added comfort.

Pets

Only dogs, cats and birds are allowed to travel in Jeju Air. The animal must be at least 8 weeks old. Pets must be transported in a cage, the size of which does not exceed 100 cm (sum of width, depth and height); width 37 cm and height 23 cm. Pets are not allowed to be transported in checked baggage.
