Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

748 Air Services Check-in rules

Each passenger has a total baggage allowance of 15 kg (hand baggage and check-in baggage). These rules do not apply to infants. On Masai Mara flights, the total baggage allowance is 10 kg per person.

Children between the ages of 5 and 14 can travel alone, provided that a responsible adult accompanies the child at both the departure and arrival airports. All unaccompanied minors between the ages of 5 and 14 must complete a parent/guardian consent form before travel. Passengers over the age of 14 may travel alone.

Unaccompanied minors in 748 Air Services

Infants are considered to be passengers under the age of two years. Infants must be at least seven days old. Infants may travel either in a special child seat or on an adult's lap. For safety reasons, there is a limit of one infant per adult and one infant per row of three seats.
