Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 45 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 45 minutes before departure.

Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage with a maximum size of 30 cm x 40 m x 15 cm and weighing up to 10 kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Unaccompanied minors

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' accompanying service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at the parents' request.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Therefore, an adult may travel with two infants as long as one of them travels in a child safety seat approved for use in cars. The other child (under two years of age) must travel on an adult's lap with an infant strap.

Pets

Animals are allowed to travel with passengers in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 17 lbs (8 kg). For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed 45 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm. More than one animal can travel in the same carrier as long as they remain within the same weight limit as a single pet. Animals are permitted to travel as checked baggage with Iberia Express.
