Freebird Airlines passengers can check in at the airport. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure. The airline does not have online check-in service.

One piece of Freebird carry-on baggage weighing up to 8 kg is allowed free of charge. The dimensions of hand luggage may not exceed 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm. Therefore, the maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size - up to 158 cm (sum of all dimensions).

Unaccompanied children between the ages of 5 and 12 may travel unaccompanied. No more than four children may travel unaccompanied on each Freebird flight.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Children younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Accompanying persons must be at least 18 years old, and each accompanying person may accompany only one infant. Infants must travel on the lap of the traveling companion using a special child harness. If one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one child, and the other may be held on the lap.

Small dogs, cats, and birds can be transported in the cabin with Freebird Airlines if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 17 lbs (8 kg). Animals must be at least 10 weeks old to travel in the cabin with Freebird Airlines. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.
