An item of hand luggage can be no more than 55 cm in height, 35 cm in width and 20 cm in depth. Checked-in baggage allowance differs according to the destination and fare selected.

The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants may fly on the lap of an accompanying adult. If you wish, you can buy a seat for an infant at the infant fare. If one adult is traveling with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.

Pets weighing up to 5 or 6 kg (depending on the airline) may be transported in the cabin in a suitable cage. Animals exceeding this weight must be transported in the cargo hold. Dogs and cats traveling within the EU must be at least 4 months old. Animals entering the EU from non-listed third countries must be at least 7 months old.
