Sriwijaya Air (SJ) seat maps

Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends four hours before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 30 minutes before departure.

Sriwijaya Air passengers are allowed one carry-on bag and a laptop bag or a purse in the cabin. The main carry-on bag must not exceed the dimensions of 56 cm x 33 cm x 23 cm (width x height x width) and weigh no more than 7 kg. Sriwijaya Air passengers are allowed 20 kg of checked baggage free of charge.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked on the request of parents.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. The maximum number of infants on board is 10 percent of capacity. During peak season only, the maximum number of infants on board is 15 percent of seat capacity. Infants do not have to have separate seat. They can travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. For infants under three months of age, an application must be completed.
