Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 45 minutes before departure, except for international flights, which close 60 minutes before departure. You can also check in online. Online check-in is not available for: passengers with special requirements, unaccompanied children, and passengers traveling with pets in the cabin.

Handles, pockets and wheels are included in these dimensions. Maximum weight in economy class - 10 kg, business class - 14 kg. In addition to a carry-on baggage item, you may bring an accessory with maximum dimensions of 20 cm x 35 cm x 30 cm. It will be placed under the seat. Escort service is compulsory for minors aged 5 to 11 years (inclusive) on domestic flights and up to 14 years (inclusive) on international flights. The person responsible for a minor must be at least 18 years old. The service is not compulsory for children aged 12 to 17 on domestic flights and 15 to 17 on international flights. Minors under 2 years of age on the date of travel must travel in the same seat as the accompanying adult. Infants (under 2 years of age) are entitled to 1 piece of hand baggage weighing 10 kg. In addition they can check 1 piece of 10 kg baggage in the baggage compartment provided that the adult has purchased a fare which includes checked baggage. Each adult may travel with a maximum of two children under the age of 2 years.

On short- and medium-haul flights: dogs, cats, small birds (except birds of prey), fish, aquarium turtles, and some rodents (hamsters, guinea pigs, small rabbits) are allowed. On long-haul flights only dogs and cats are allowed. The maximum number of animals allowed in one container is 3, provided that they are of the same species and do not exceed the permitted size/weight limits. Maximum size of the carrier: 55cm x 35cm x 25cm . Maximum weight: The weight of the animal may not exceed 8 kg. The total weight of the container and animal may not exceed 10 kg.
