Qazaq Air was founded in 2015 and is based at Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport. It operates an extensive network of regional domestic routes within Kazakhstan with around 25 destinations in total. They operate a single type fleet of Q400 turboprop aircraft in various configurations. The airline prides itself for having the youngest fleet in Kazakhstan.

Check in rules

Web check-in starts 24 hours in advance and ends 1 hour before the flight departure. You can also check in at the airport. Check-in desks open 2 hours before departure.

Baggage

Qazaq Air Carry-on Baggage Allowance: the maximum weight of hand luggage is 5kg; the maximum dimension does not exceed 40 x25 x 20cm. Qazaq Air Checked Baggage Allowance: the maximum checked baggage weight is 23kg.

Unaccompanied minors

Children aged 6 to 15 years (inclusive) may travel unaccompanied by an adult passenger on our airline provided a special accompanying service has been registered. Accompanying services can be arranged for children under 18 years of age at the parents' request.

Infants

Children under the age of 2 traveling with a passenger (over 18 years old) are transported on domestic flights with 50% of ticket price and provided with a separate passenger seat.

Pets

One adult passenger is allowed to carry only one carrier bag with no more than two animals of the same litter. The weight with the bag should not exceed 5 kg, the dimensions of the cage should not exceed 29x43x26 cm. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on board. Carriage of pets in the luggage compartment is not allowed.
