Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in opens for eligible flights seven days before your flight departure. For flights from Guernsey, Gatwick, and Southampton, online check-in closes 1 hour before departure; for other UK flights, online check-in closes 3 hours before departure. Online check-in is not available for Dornier flights to/from Alderney. Check-in counters open two hours before departure.

Carry-on Baggage: two pieces with a maximum combined weight of 10Kg. One piece with maximum dimensions of 55x36x20cm to fit in the overhead locker and one piece maximum of 35x25x20cm to fit underneath the seat in front. Standard hold bag: up to 20 kg.

Children over the age of 14 can travel alone. The airline does not provide an escort service for minors.

Unaccompanied minors in Aurigny Air Services

Infants under two years of age may travel either in a special child seat or on an adult's lap. However, for safety reasons, there is a limit of one infant per adult and one infant per row of three seats. The airline has no restrictions, but it is recommended that you consult a doctor if your baby is less than four weeks old.

Domestic cats and dogs can travel as checked baggage if they weigh less than 23 kg. For pets traveling as checked baggage, carriers will be provided by Aurigny. Animals must fit comfortably inside the carrier. The carrier's dimensions are 91 cm x 61 cm x 68 cm.
