Baggage

Passengers are allowed a maximum size of 56cm x 36cm x 23cm and weighing up to 7kg. Checked Baggage Allowance 20kg per passenger for all economy classes except super promotion class and 40kg per passenger for premium and business ticket class. The maximum weight of any single piece of Checked Baggage is 32 kg. Overweight items will be repacked or split into lighter units during check-in. Such items that cannot be repacked will not be accepted for carriage.

Cambodia Angkor Air offers special services for unaccompanied minor with age from 2 years old traveling without their parent, guardian, or authorized person. For children over the age of 6, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be ordered at parents' request.

Infants

A child between 14 days old and two years old is considered an infant and may travel on a parent's lap. Each adult passenger may only carry one infant on their lap subject to applicable fees. However, if there is a second infant, an additional seat must be purchased at full cost, provided that the adult passenger has provided a certified car seat. Without a car seat, passengers will not be accepted for carriage at the check-in desk.

Pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin with Cambodia Angkor Air. Dogs, cats, household birds, and other pets can travel as checked baggage in appropriate carriers if they have all the necessary health permits and other documents to travel in the air.
