Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 48 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Hand luggage may not exceed the size and weight limits depending on the ticket type. LowFare, For Lowfare+, Flex, Premium, PremiumFlex: 1 hand baggage not exceeding 55x40x23 cm in size; 1 small personal item not exceeding 25x33x20 cm in size; maximum weight limit 10 kg and 15 kg (for PremiumFlex fare). If you're traveling to or from Dubai, your carry-on baggage may weigh no more than 8kg. The maximum weight of checked baggage is 23 kg, size - up to 158 cm (sum of all measurements).

The unaccompanied minor service is mandatory for a child age 5-11 traveling without an adult. Children ages 12-15 are not required to travel as unaccompanied minors, but the service is also optional for this age group.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. On international flights, infants sitting on your lap travel on an infant ticket at a 10% discount off the adult fare.

Dogs and cats may be transported in the cargo area on the following flights: flights to/from Spitsbergen (with dogs only), flights within the Schengen area and/or the EU (excluding Great Britain and Ireland), domestic flights in Argentina. Up to two cats or two dogs can be transported in one cage. The maximum weight of the animal is 14 kg. The dimensions of the container may not exceed 125x81x86 cm (LxWxH).
