Check in rules

You can check in for your flight in two ways: online or at the airport. Airport check-in starts 2 hours before departure - most airports; 2 hours 30 minutes before departure - Kazan; 2 hours 40 minutes before departure - Murmansk; 3 hours before departure - St. Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Sochi, Saratov, Nalchik, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Ufa; 4 hours before departure - Moscow (Vnukovo). Check-in closes 40 minutes before departure. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends four hours before departure.

Baggage

Two luggage options: a piece of luggage weighing up to 10 kg or up to 20 kg. Each baggage piece is paid for separately, and the weight of the baggage does not add up. If you buy one piece of luggage weighing up to 20 kg, you can only take one suitcase weighing up to 20 kg or one bag weighing up to 20 kg. It is not possible to pack your baggage in several bags. If you buy two pieces of luggage weighing up to 10 kg, each suitcase or bag may weigh no more than 10 kg. The maximum dimensions of your baggage in the sum of three dimensions (length+height+width) must not exceed 203 cm. One piece of hand baggage weighing up to 10 kg and having dimensions of up to 36×30×4 cm and a handbag, briefcase, or backpack with dimensions of 36×30×23 cm are allowed in the cabin.

Unaccompanied minors

Pobeda Airlines provides an accompanying service for children from 5 to 12 years of age. Parents must buy their child a ticket with a separate seat and pay an additional fee for an accompanying child at the current rate. For children under 16 years old accompanying service can be provided at the request of their parents, guardians, adoptive parents, and trustees.

Infants

Children under two years old can be carried in Pobeda planes for free, but they must sit in their parents' arms. They are not provided a separate seat. One adult can take only one child under two years old without buying an additional ticket. Children from 2 to 12 years old traveling on the flights of Pobeda budget airlines must purchase an additional ticket and sit in a separate passenger seat.

Pets

It is allowed to take tame dogs and cats on the plane. Transportation of rodents, reptiles, and wild and large animals in Pobeda airliners is officially prohibited. According to airline rules, no more than four containers with pets are transported on a single flight. The weight of a pet with a container may not exceed 8 kg. The maximum allowed size of the cage is 55x40x20 cm.
