Check-in begins 2 hours and ends 45 minutes before departure at the counters with the corresponding flight number and the Enter Air logo. Passengers are invited on board well in advance, usually about 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Enter Air Check-in rules

A passenger's baggage consists of two main parts: hand baggage with a 5 kg limit and with a size limit not exceeding 55x40x20 cm, which the passenger takes on board, and check-in baggage with a limit of 20 kg (or 16 kg depending on the airport of departure) and with a size limit not exceeding 80x120 cm. The permitted checked baggage weight is 16 kg on routes including the following airports: Ras Al Khaimah (RKT), Amilkar Cabral (SID), Fujairah (FJR), Salalah (SLL), Colombo (CMB), Zanzibar (ZNZ), Dubai (DXB).

Unaccompanied minors in Enter Air

Children under two years of age travel free of charge on the day of the trip, provided they spend the trip on an adult's lap. One adult may accompany only one child.

Enter Air Infants policy

Pets (dogs and cats only) weighing no more than 5 kg are allowed to be transported on board in specially designed cages (the maximum weight of the animal with a carry-on container is 8 kg).
