Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Free checked baggage allowance: Economy class (for flights up to 6 hours) - 20 kg, with the dimensions of each seat on the sum of three dimensions not exceeding 158 cm, not including hand luggage (up to 7 kg); economy class (for flights from 6 hours) - 15 kg, the dimensions of each seat on the sum of three dimensions not exceeding 158 cm, not including hand baggage (up to 7 kg); premium or comfort (better economy class, regardless of the flight distance) - 30 kg, the dimensions of each seat on the sum of three dimensions not exceeding 158 cm, not including hand baggage (up to 7 kg); business class (not depending on the flight distance) - 40 kg, the dimensions of each seat on the sum of three dimensions not exceeding 158 cm (Attention! The maximum weight of one baggage item may not exceed 32 kg), not including hand luggage (up to 7 kg).

Children from 5 to 16 years of age may travel unaccompanied on international flights operated by our airline, provided that a special unaccompanied passenger service has been arranged. Unaccompanied children are accepted for carriage by the airline after the parents or guardians fill out an application for the carriage of unaccompanied child(ren) and the notarial consent of both parents (guardians) for the carriage of unaccompanied children and payment of the service.

Children under 2 (2 years old and under) may travel sitting on your lap. However, each adult passenger can carry only one infant with him/her without providing a separate seat. In this case, one adult passenger is allowed to carry no more than two infants - one without giving a separate seat, and the other on a separate seat with the payment of such carriage at the airline's tariff for the carriage of children aged from 2 to 12 years.

Live pets are accepted for carriage in the passenger cabin only accompanied by adult passengers. On scheduled flights of the Airline, it is allowed to carry no more than one container with pets in each passenger cabin of an aircraft. On charter flights, no more than two containers with pets are allowed to be carried in each passenger cabin of an aircraft. The sum of three dimensions of the container for transportation of pets in an aircraft cabin may not exceed 30x50x40 cm.
