Check-in counters open 1 hour before your flight departure, as the check-in counter closes 30 minutes before departure for domestic flights. For international flights, it is recommended that the check-in counters open 2 hours before your flight departure, as the check-in counter closes 60 minutes before departure.

Free baggage allowance, including checked and unchecked baggage, per passenger for business class will be 30 kg, for economy class - 20 kg. The weight of hand luggage placed in the cabin must not exceed 7 kg and correspond to the standard hand luggage size.

Children over the age of five can travel alone. A minors' escort service is compulsory for children 5-11 years old. For children over the age of 12 years old, the minors' escort service is not compulsory and can be booked at the request of parents.

Infants are passengers under the age of 24 months. Infants do not have a separate seat and must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. The cost of flights is 10% of the regular adult fare. If one adult travels with two infants, a child ticket must be purchased for one of the infants.

The airline does not allow the transportation of animals.
