Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends 30 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open 1.5 hours before departure and close 20 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Only one piece of carry-on baggage of a standard size of 8 kg or less 45 cm X 20 cm X 35 cm is permitted as free baggage. One piece of luggage up to 15 kg per person (sum of width x length x height 150 cm) is allowed free of charge. Passengers with infants under two years of age can check in a stroller.

Infants

Infants are defined as children under two years of age. Infants less than seven days old may not fly. There are no separate seats for infants, but if two or more infants accompany one passenger, a child fare will apply for one or more additional infants, and a seat will be provided. There is a limit of 5 infants per flight.

Pets

Types of pets that can be transported: domestic dogs, cats, and birds (turtles, rabbits, reptiles, wild dogs, and raptors cannot be transported) The number of pets allowed: maximum 2 per aircraft, 1 per adult passenger. Pets are not included in the free baggage allowance and are charged by weight, including the container. A disposable pet cage can be purchased at the airport check-in counter.
