Check in rules
You can check in at the airport and online. Airport check-in desks close precisely 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The airline recommends you check in at least two hours before your scheduled departure time. The gate closes 25 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Online check-in is available for all passengers carrying only carry-on luggage. Online check-in is available 30 days before departure and two hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

Everyone can take one piece of hand luggage on board free of charge. It may have a maximum size of 45 x 36 x 20 cm (including any handles or wheels). You can take a large carry-on bag (56 x 45 x 25 cm) in the cabin. Checked-in baggage may not exceed 23 kg. Baggage weighing up to 32 kg and measuring no more than 203 cm (sum of all dimensions) may be taken for a fee.
