Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 20 hours before departure and ends 60 minutes before departure. Check-in desks open two hours before departure and close 40 minutes before departure.

Infants are considered to be children under two years of age. Therefore, infants can travel sitting on your lap. To travel with two infants, you must purchase one separate seat at the infant fare. In this case, you must use an infant car seat to transport the infant in a separate seat. In addition, the second child must be older than six months.

Small pets are permitted to fly in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 8 kg. Only healthy animals over four months old are accepted for transport. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 55 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm. Pets who weigh over 8 kg can travel as checked baggage.
