Passengers may take one carry-on bag in the cabin. The bag must not exceed the following dimensions: 40 cm x 33 cm 16 cm (width x length x height) and must not weigh more than 7 kg. Checked-in baggage allowance is 30 kg per customer.

Infants are passengers under the age of 24 months. Infants do not have a separate seat and must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. The cost of flights is 10% of the regular adult fare. If one adult travels with two infants, a child ticket must be purchased for one of the infants.

Each adult passenger may take one pet in the cabin, and only two pets may be taken on one flight. Dogs, and cats at least eight weeks old. For checked baggage at least 16 weeks old. A pet weighing no more than 8 kg together with its container may be carried in the cabin and no more than 45 kg for the luggage compartment.
