Check-in can be done online or at the airport. Online check-in begins 24 hours before departure and ends three hours before departure. Online check-in is available for flights departing from Russia and Turkey (Antalya, Dalaman); no need for an escort (for people with disabilities); do not carry animals, including guide dogs or service dogs. Check-in at the airport begins three hours before departure and ends 40 minutes before departure.

Children under two years of age are considered infants and are entitled to fly without a seat on the plane. One adult may carry only one infant without a separate seat on the aircraft. Other accompanying children under two years of age and children between two and twelve years of age are carried at a discount of fifty percent of the standard or special fare, unless special conditions of application of the special fare apply, with separate seats. By preliminary request, but not later than 48 hours before the flight, baby food can be provided for a child of up to two years of age

Animals are accepted for carriage in the cabin weighing no more than 8 kg (including the weight of the container for transportation and dimensions not exceeding 115 cm in three dimensions). The airline prohibits the carriage of certain breeds and types of animals: bulldogs, pugs and other brachycephalic dogs; fish, arthropods and reptiles; sick pets; animals weighing more than 50 kilograms combined with the weight of the cage.
