Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied passengers between the ages of 12 and 15 are only allowed on direct flights. Children under 12 years of age may only travel when accompanied by an adult 16 years of age or older.

Infants

Infants aged 0-5 months should sit on an adult's lap and be held in place by the infant harness. There is no minimum age limit for an infant. One adult may not be responsible for more than two infants. If one adult is traveling with two infants, at least one of the infants must be over six months old and placed in a car seat. If both infants are less than six months old, they must be accompanied by an additional responsible adult. Infants under two years of age may travel as long as they sit on an adult's lap (one child per adult). A maximum of eight infants must be carried on board each flight.

Pets must be booked through a pet agent (https://www.iagcargo.com/en/page/product/pets) at IAG Cargo for transportation on Aer Lingus flights in the baggage compartment. In some cases, animals may not be accepted: some dangerous breeds of dogs and cats may not be allowed. Animals must be at least 15 weeks old. Maximum weight restrictions apply to containers and animals.
