Check-in can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online registration begins 23 hours before departure and ends two hours before departure. Check-in desks open three hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage

Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of hand baggage. The dimensions should not exceed 20 cms x 40 cms x 55 cms, and it should not weigh more than 10 kgs. Passengers are entitled to the following free baggage allowance: Economy Class up to 20 kg free; Club Class up to 30 kg free.

Children under two years of age are considered infants. Infants younger than seven days old are not allowed on the flight. Infants do not need a separate seat. They may travel on the lap of an accompanying adult. For example, one adult may travel with two infants. In this case, you need to buy one seat for one infant, and the other can be on the adult's lap.

Pets

The airline allows the carriage of small cats and dogs. The pet, including the carrier, must weigh up to 10 kg. Pets must be at least fifteen weeks old and weaned for at least five days. You can carry up to two animals of the same species in the same container. The container must not be larger than 40 cm x 34 cm x 20 cm and must be collapsible (soft bags).
