Non-stop from Istanbul to Houston Texas

Seat was very cramped. Had part of the bulkhead sticking out making an already narrow seat even more uncomfortable. Service crew was very rude when I requested 2 bottles of water for a 13 hour flight and I tried to explain that because of our connection from Athens I had no time to buy a bottle of water.

Ground crew and flight crews actually work at being polite courteous and helpful. Flight check-in was very helpful in correcting a seat assignment so my wife and I could sit together.

Captains try hard to speak English but are difficult to understand.

Comparatively cheaper business class seats compared to Qatar and Emirates for US routes. Individual cubicle style seats in Rows A and K

The cubicle and leg well is a bit cramped for space in lie flat position. Ground crew and ticketing system is extremely unreliable to resolve any issues. Pre-Assigned seats get changed randomly without notice or at the boarding gate even if you are a family traveling together with pre-assigned seats together.

The food isn't bad.

Terrible seat. There's no legroom. The seat is very hard and extremely uncomfortable! It took me a week to recover from the flight.
