Business Class - At LAX check in using the Delta One lounge (better than Virgin Lounge) if flying Virgin Upper Class. Very good experience and can be done 6hrs before the flight. Once on board the crew were very attentive and the food and drink was good.

The Upper Class seat is very poor in a 1, 1, 1 configuration. These are completely outdated, have no privacy and are very clunky to use. Very narrow and as a 6FT mate the lie flat bed was uncomfortable. Virgin needs to update this product urgently as it is being easily surpassed by once inferior carriers.
