Pros:

Ground crew and flight crews actually work at being polite courteous and helpful. Flight check-in was very helpful in correcting a seat assignment so my wife and I could sit together.

Cons:

Captains try hard to speak English but are difficult to understand.

Pros:

Comparatively cheaper business class seats compared to Qatar and Emirates for US routes. Individual cubicle style seats in Rows A and K

Cons:

The cubicle and leg well is a bit cramped for space in lie flat position. Ground crew and ticketing system is extremely unreliable to resolve any issues. Pre-Assigned seats get changed randomly without notice or at the boarding gate even if you are a family traveling together with pre-assigned seats together.
