I didn't like anything.

I'm 189cm tall, so not exceptionally tall. With my knees upright, I had a maximum of 3cm of space between them and the seat in front. The backrest in row 30 wasn't adjustable. The CEO should try spending four hours in that seat himself, with two other people sitting next to him.
