Staff were ok.

Most uncomfortable seats I have ever sat on during a flight. No cushioning...like sitting on a wooden bench for 4 hours

Staff are very pleasant and plentiful at gate and friendly during service.

A321N G-SUND the most uncomfortable & claustrophobic aircraft I have ever flown on. No leg from even for my Wife, hard seats. I almost had a panic attack and I fly regularly. Profit over comfort and safety. Shame on Jet2. Ps Need to be more professional and less patronising, get rid of stupid announcements & music

Not a great deal.

Noisy, draughty and very uncomfortable. Beware Jet2 staff using the overhead spaces for corporate priducts reducing cabin space for passengers. Extra legroom but gets cild and condensation from a/c.

I prefer Jet2 over other companies on my regular route and it is nice to be on a newer plane.

Horrendously uncomfortable seats with no padding. I flew on this plane when it was brand new and they were comfy, sadly this didn't last! If I could pick any plane it the fleet, this would be my last choice.

Fantastic seats - I'm 6ft 3in and I fit no problem if I sit up in the seat. Slouch and you bump your knees but that happens if the pitch is bigger as well. I read all these reviews about how bad the seats are and I just don't see it or experience it. Seats are great as are Jet2

For value for money there aren't any

Pleasant staff

The seat pitch is ridiculous, 28-29”, when most airlines give you 30” Very uncomfortable seats. All the passengers 6 foot tall and more had to sit sideways.
