Friendly, competent crew

Condor's wet leasing arrangement: impossibly small seat pitch. At least in Business Class you can stretch your legs. Heston isn't to blame: Condor's quality management seems to be nonexistent. It's the responsibility of Condor's management to monitor and ensure that quality standards are met (note: we taxpayers saved this airline from bankruptcy).

The seat spacing and the seats themselves are unacceptable, and the seat cushions are very thin. The backrests are not adjustable. Not recommended for people taller than 1.60 m.

Friendly crew

The seating is very cramped; even someone 1.80 m tall will bump their head on the seat in front. The armrests are made of hard plastic. The seats are extremely thin with hardly any padding. The backrests are not adjustable.
