Only available Premium Economy direct flight from LAX to ZRH (albeit at a WAY more than Premium cost).

Cabin crew did not know how to help/show two older passengers how to recline the PremEcon "superior seating comfort" for them on their 12 hour flight! Outrageous - fire existing and hire new Training Department! Then fire existing and hire new competent cabin crew and train them properly.

Actually, none.

The seats in economy class are far too small for long-haul flights of over 13 hours. Thai Airlines has 9 seats per row on the same aircraft type, while Swiss has 10! Unfortunately, we couldn't pay for an upgrade because the flight was fully booked.

None! Swiss 777 eco is terrible

Warning: 10 seats across in eco are an impertinence. The seat width of only 17" is extremely narrow und therefore excruciatingly uncomfortable. Avoid such planes at all costs.
