Pros:

We arrived safely.

Cons:

18G is a horrible seat, The 3-4-3 configuration on the 777 is inhumane. Also the seat pitch is terrible, it feels smaller than SQ despite officially the same. This particular seat has a huge entertainment box underneath which meant NO SPACE to stretch my right leg. There's also a metal divider/support so there's not much room for the left leg either. The IFE screens are very small and it's very slow.

Pros:

The food was decent.

Cons:

Terrible, Cramped biz class seats. 2-3-2 config should be retired.. No elbow room. There should not be a middle seat in biz class especially for long haul flights. Plus a tacky fake wood interior. Since they packed as many people as they could in biz class, the service is below par.

Pros:

Decent food

Cons:

emirates biz class is more like premium economy. The company uses a 2-3-2 config to maximize seat numbers. So the seats are cramped with no elbow room. If you got a middle seat you have to hop over someone to get out. The whole setup is ridiculous. With so many people, the service is below par. (The hello, pearly fake wood interior is also screamed tacky)
