On the Boeing 737 MAX 9, United provides an economy class that's compact yet efficient. Designed to accommodate 111 passengers, the cabin is optimized for short to medium-haul flights, offering essential comforts in a smaller space. The seating is practical, paired with a selection of in-flight entertainment. The crew, always attentive, ensures a smooth and pleasant journey for all.

First class seats 20 passengers in typical recliner seats with a seat pitch of 37" (93cm) and a seat width of 20.4" (52cm). The seats offer 5" of recline (13cm). Power outlets are provided and entertainment is streamed to personal devices. WiFi is available. Updated versions of the cabin feature installed personal inflight entertainment screens.

Economy Plus occupies the first six rows of the economy cabon plus the two overwing exit rows. The difference to regular economy is the additional legroom that ranges from 35" to 40" (89-102cm). There are A/C outlets between seats and the cabin is WiFi equipped. Some aircraft have received the NEXT update featuring personal inflight entertainment screens and USB ports. Streaming entertainment is also provided.
