The seating was very good, and the crew delivered an outstanding service.

I bought my ticket with Delta, and it was operated by KLM. Delta gave me a special menu, which I tried to change for this flight and I wasn't able. I paid for WiFi during the whole flight, yet it never worked. The process for its refunding was very complicated.

Very nice service, good chair, good screen and enjoyed the metal cutlery glass etc

I prefer my own headset,.happy I could use it. When seat in front is fully reclined there is not much space left.

it's a business seat

The storage for the crew is at the end of your seat. it will be opened at least a hundred times during the flight. you will not be able to sleep

Lots of legroom in Row 17 but huge downside to 17C and aisle seats in that row.

Avoid row 17 aisle seats - especially 17C where you will get bumped constantly by other passengers and attendants bc the aisle narrows at that spot.
