Normal sized middle seat on United even though you are paying for economy plus.

Underseat storage is significantly smaller than standard size due to flotation devices mounted under seat in front.

7F - First row behind first class - Partition (flexible) is only at top. No partition on bottom - front underseat storage is available for all three seats in this row on this side of the plane. (Seats in first row after 1st on other side of plane has a hard, non-flexible partition without underseat storage). - Extra leg room - Proper armrest both sides. - Two windows in your control - Outlet (shared with middle)

- bathroom opens to this row (it was locked for my flight, but could be a con if not)

It's fine. Regular United middle seat.

For the middle seat, the outlet is under the seat in front of you instead of on the sides. So you lose about 3-4 inches and a backpack won't fit under the seat in front of you and has to go in the overhead compartments.
