Pros:

The headrest is appreciated as not all economy seats have them anymore.

Cons:

No screen, 60W port mean cables/devices everywhere. Only 2 toilets, queue was ~10. Anyone in C/D from row 30 had people queuing in their face.

Pros:

USB charging ports

Cons:

No entertainment screens, so no sound even with your phone, unless you have AirPods and realised you have to bring them. Buisiness seat has minimal recline and poor legroom. My wife couldn’t squeeze past me to get to the isle. This would be better described as premium economy. Definitely not business class standard. Totally unexpected when I was shunted onto this for the 2nd lg of my business class flight from London to Sydney
