Qanot Sharq Airlines received its first Airbus A321neos in 2022 and these have been put into service mainly on routes to Jeddah and South East Asia. In 2025 the A321XLR was added to the fleet enabling even further destinations like London. Both versions feature a two class layout. The A321neo is a modern version of the A321ceo with newer engines and updated systems. The type entered service in 2017 and is the most popular Airbus narrow body model.

Business class uses the popular MIQ recliner seats from Collins Aerospace. These modern seats feature a 40" seat pitch (102cm) and have good recline. Each seat comes with a combined USB & A/C power outlet. There are no inflight entertainment screens on this aircraft. The last row may be curtained-off for crew rest on longer flights. A dedicated lavatory and galley are located at the front of the cabin.
