Their business class is decent with your typical almost-flat bed, priority service, lounge access.

Terrible food, no entertainment, be sure to download video on youtube before hand, seat are very dated, reading light doesn't work (on my seat) so couldn't even read the book I brought, the lady next to me has to borrow my charging port to charge her laptop because hers doesn't function.

Cheap cost, all-the-way flight without stopover (HAN-DELHI), friendly staff that speaks English

Uncomfortable for Westerners, over-priced menu items, tight leg room, 50/50 on the cleanliness of the WC, no In-Flight-Entertainment so better bring fully charged headphones,phones and pre-download songs/videos if u plan on rawdogging this flight.

Cost sort of but i would rather pay more now and be a better looked after

not confortable for long flights, even have to pay for water on long flights
