Great service from the team and the plane itself is spectacular. Very quiet ride with ample space in the lavatories.

Very tight fit in the basic economy cabin - surprisingly so for an aircraft designed for long hauls.

Comfortable seat while sitting and sleeping. Exceptional service and food. Cabin was quiet at all time despite being near front stairs.

Lacks privacy due to no door on suite. Entertainment was old, unresponsive and limited selection.

WT+ was spacious, loved the extra storage bins.

Woman in front slammed her seat back right after take off and left it there until landing. Very rude.

Meal not bad. Washrooms upper deck quite large in business class.

Layout of business class is outrageous. Dividers between seats is ridiculous and absurd. Rows with 7 seats where Qatar has 4 seats. Not comparable. This layout is a shame for BA. Due to layout and dividers up and down, the service is crazy.
