The Royal Silk business class uses seats from the previous operator Virgin Atlantic. These feature a fully flat position for sleeping and direct aisle access. All seats are angled towards the aisle so it is a bit harder to look out of the windows. There is a lounge at the back separating it from Premium Economy. Lavatories are located forward and aft of the cabin.

Thai Airways inherited this Premium Economy cabin from Virgin Atlantic. It features sleek leather seats with a seat pitch of 38" (96cm). They are generously wide and offer good recline. A large selection of inflight-entertainment content is available on the 10.5" personal screens. Both normal power plugs and USB ports are available for charging personal devices.

This cheerful Economy class cabin features the popular 2-4-2 seating layout. Seats have an industry standard 31" pitch (79cm) and feature 8" personal screens with a vast entertainment content. USB ports are available for charging personal devices. Seats in Row 41 offer the best legroom but are close to the lavatories and are designated as exit rows. WiFi is available.
