Aereo recente, sedili molto comodi e IFE sorprendentemente interessante con molti contenuti.

Pulizia dei bagni lasciava a desiderare

Air China's Premium Economy class offers identical ground priority services (check-in and boarding) to Business class. Meals are identical to Economy class, but offer first-come, first-served service with full choice. Seats recline 45° and are wider than Economy class, with only 24 seats, separated in-flight by curtains on both Business and Economy class.

The food service could be improved by differentiating it slightly from Economy.

The seat width and legroom in Premium Economy are a huge difference compared to Economy, and the service here is also very attentive and quick.

The cutlery has been changed back to plastic instead of bamboo; however, the fork, with its "spoon-like" design, is mostly unusable.

Good hard product e.g. the seat and great crew service. (gave me BC snacks)

Food portions were very small for Premium economy.

Comfortable seats in Premium Economy, service has improved.

Same food as in Economy, the new "bamboo" cutlery is a "no-go" (e.g. knives unusable), table very slippery.
