Seat (23G and 5G) Food.The last time I flew economy, it was fantastic; they smiled and were always responsive to my requests. As someone with lactose intolerance, I'm pleased when my wishes are taken into account. Otherwise, the plane is clean and the seats are very comfortable in all classes.

Economy class service is much better than business class. I've flown business class four times to Vietnam, and each time I felt like I owed the flight attendants something
