Check in rules

Registration can be done online (via the website or mobile app) or at the airport. Online check-in begins 48 hours before departure and ends two hours before departure. Check-in counters will normally open three hours before the scheduled departure time and close 45 minutes to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time.

Baggage

The airline allows each passenger to carry one piece of luggage as hand luggage if the sum of three dimensions of the item does not exceed 115 cm and the item's weight does not exceed 10 kg on all flights. Baggage allowance depends on the ticket class and route. Flights between Beirut and Africa or Jordan: Economy Class up to 35 kg, Business Class up to 70 kg. Flights between Beirut and Cairo, Istanbul, Lanarka, Yerevan or Middle East (except Jordan): Economy Class - up to 30 kg, Business Class - up to 60 kg. Flights between Beirut and Europe: Economy Class - 1 piece not exceeding 23 kg and 158 cm each; Business Class - 3 pieces not exceeding 23 kg and 158 cm each.

Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied children between the ages of 5 and 11 are considered unaccompanied minors, and a special service for unaccompanied minors is available, for which a special fee is charged. For children between the ages of 12 and 16, a juvenile escort service can be requested.

Infants

Children under two years of age (24 months) do not need a separate seat for travel. Passengers are only allowed to hold one infant on their lap, and they must purchase seats for any additional infants. If an infant cannot sit upright with his or her seat belt fastened, he or she must sit in a special child seat.

Pets

Animals can travel in the cabin if they are odorless and contained within their carrier throughout. The maximum weight for pets and their carriers must not exceed 10 kg. For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers should not exceed the dimensions of 56 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm.
