Check in rules
Passengers can check in 48 hours before departure. This includes traditional, online, self-check-in (kiosk), and mobile check-in. Check-in closes: at kiosks - 40 minutes before departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights; online check-in - 90 minutes before departure; check-in via mobile app - 60 minutes; check-in desks - 60 minutes.

Baggage
Passengers are allowed to take on board hand luggage of a maximum size of 56cm (H) x 36cm (L) x 23cm (W) and weighing up to 7kg. Therefore, the maximum weight of checked baggage is 20kg (all destinations on ATR 72-500 flights) and 10kg (all destinations on DHC-6 Twin Otter flights), size up to 158cm (sum of all dimensions).

Unaccompanied minors in MASwingsInfants
A child between 7 days old and two years old is considered an infant and may travel on a parent's lap. Each adult passenger may only carry one infant on their lap. For example, if one adult travels with two infants, one seat must be purchased for one infant, and the other may be held on the lap.
