Check in rules
The airline does not offer online check-in on its website. Passengers must check in at the airport. The airline recommends that passengers arrive at the airport 90 minutes before their scheduled departure time. Check-in desks close 45 minutes before departure time.

The airline allows each passenger to bring one carry-on baggage and one personal item on board an aircraft with ten or more seats, for airplanes with nine seats or less. Carry-on baggage is loaded into the luggage compartment, and personal items can be taken into the cabin. The free baggage allowance is a maximum of 40 pounds per passenger. The linear dimensions per piece of luggage (height + length + width) are 62 inches.

Unaccompanied Minor service is mandatory for a child aged 8-11 traveling without an adult. Children over 11 are not required to travel as unaccompanied minors.
